What happens to my deposit if I can't make my appointment? 

In the event you cant make it to your scheduled appointment, please notify the Beauty Queendom within 24 hours or no refund.

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, to avoid being charged.

It will give me ample time to schedule another client. Clients who fail to show for more than 2 appointments will not be able to book again at the Beauty Queendom.

Yes all styles come with a shampoo

 

Do prices included hair?

Yes, hair is included. Hair is provided for the following styles: Box braids, Feedins, Cornrows, Havana twist, Senegalese twist.

The best way to book an appointment is online.

 

Can my family/friends wait in your salon during my appointment?

I only have space to accommodate clients receiving services, due to COVID  limited seating. I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, cash app, pay pal, and zelle only.

 

What services do you offer?

From protective styles, braids, straightenings, and colors with all hair types and textures. The only service I do not offer is a relaxer.

 

What kind of hair do you use and how many packs?

Beauty Queendom has a line of kanekalon braiding hair that L use. If you purchase your own hair I like to use Que braiding hair, model model, and expression pre-stretch. If you can not find that particular brand of braiding hair than any kanekalon braiding hair will be fine as long as it's not the regular expressions.
